Happy new year!
Wow. I was thinking about I would write about this week, and I totally forgot that Christmas was this week! It goes so fast!
Christmas was AWESOME! We ate dinner with members Christmas Eve which was so fun! Christmas day we opened our presents in the morning and had a Christmas party at the church with some of the members who are alone this Christmas. It was a blast! We ate and played card games and most everybody stayed until it was dark out! And I got to talk to my family! Definitely a highlight. I have not talked to my siblings in what feels like months. We sang together, and though the phone connection wasn't great, I felt so close in that moment to them (to you!) It was a special moment for me. That night we ate dinner with another member! Her daughter is preparing to go on her mission to Madrid, so we got to give her some advice on what to pack and what to expect. It was fun!
The rest of the week was normal. Because of the holidays we didn't have many appointments so we knocked a lot of doors and passed by a lot of less actives! We met some cool people and we revamped our English classes and invited a ton of people. We are hoping to get those up and running and have a better turnout! Other than that the week was super normal! Ok, this email is lame and short, sorry. I'll try to make something exciting happen this week that I can share with you all!
Tchau tchau for now!

Whoa! So I realized I didn't share my testimony at all! And that just will not do. I want you all to know that I know Christ lives. He came into the world humbly, as an infant like all of us, but he was born with a great purpose and grew to be our Savior! He is my Savior! I love Him and I feel Him walking alongside me and frequently carrying me every day. I love you all and I hope you have a good new year and make some good resolutions!
Bye for real this time!
