Ola Meu Familia!
My nice thing about Ronnie: Remember when we were younger and we played with fisher price and polly pockets and we would die laughing over a silly joke we made? You have such a light inside you Ronnie! Let it shine! You have humor and creativity and imagination, and you have a determination. You can use those skills to be the person you want to be. You are an incredible young man, and you have such an ability to feel the spirit! Never forget that God and Jesus are always on your side! And when ever you feel down or upset, SMILE! Doing that always makes me feel better, because when you can be a light in someone elses life, light will come into your own life. I love you Ronnie and am so so so proud of you! I pray for you and think of you everyday. As I hang out with the awesome Elders in my district I can just imagine you being one of them, laughing as you shoot a basketball, studying hard, and flourishing in the spirit that is thick enough to cut here at the MTC. And I see that hand in that picture Ronnie, very funny. 😂
I sent Lizzie an e-mail, so she can refer to that! Those pictures of her had me laughing obnoxiously loud! So cute and so Funny!
Rees - Don't just think about asking her out, do it! I am cheering you on, even though I am far away, and every time I see the Elders learning french I think of you! All the french I have learned is making learning Portuguese a little annoying because sometimes I'll be speaking in Portuguese and finish my sentence in French I didn't even remember I knew! I guess the gift of tongues goes for languages you aren't supposed to be learning too!
Jordan - How fun to be teaching CYT! We have a new missionary living in our residence now that came this Wednesday that I know from doing that YASE camp and BYU! We have been having a lot of fun chatting about theater and how we both have trouble with dancing! The other day I tried to do this dance move I learned at BYU and totally messed something up in my neck, it feels fine now, but It was so funny!
There was a mix-up with our mailboxes, so hopefully I will get all the letters and stuff this week! I love the family photos, we are such a beautiful family! I also would appreciate some more smiley buttons if you think of it! I am out!
Man do I have stories to tell! This was such a crazy and eventful week!
To start with, our guest speaker at the Tuesday devotional was Elder Soares and his wife! It was so incredible! I learned so much about my purpose as a missionary from his message!
My district is so fun and crazy! Elder Esplin got his wisdom tooth (he only had one!) out last tuesday and we was a trooper! When they got back he was eating while leaning practically on top of me so that his soup wouldn't be near where the whole in his mouth was, and he was too drugged up to even notice! Then Elder Bischof was handing out mail and elder Esplin had upwards of 15 dearelders and 3 packages! Elder Bischof handed them to him one by one acting surprised every time it was for him and elder esplin was just sitting there trying not to smile too big! We watched a video of him after the surgery and he was flirting with the nurse and it was sooo funny! He was pretty drugged up the next couple of days too obviously and he would just sit in class with his mouth hanging open and his eyes glazed and would occationally pop off a hilarious comment.
Our district has also had a ton of fun playing!
